You can place an order directly on our website, by phone, email, or in person at our flower shops on Magiczna and Pasłęcka streets in Warsaw. Choose a bouquet or composition, add to cart, select delivery date, card message and pay online. We are happy to help if you have any questions.

Orders are usually prepared for the next business day. You can also schedule delivery further in advance. Need flowers today? Contact us – we offer same-day express delivery when available (additional fee, individual pricing).

Yes, we offer same-day delivery after prior contact and confirmation of logistics availability.

🕒 Can I choose the delivery time?

Deliveries are made in time slots (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening). Funeral wreaths and compositions are delivered at specific times. Other precise times are arranged individually upon contact.

Delivery hours: daily 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (other hours by arrangement). Personal pickup: free at our flower shops and the 24/7 flower vending machine on Magiczna St. Delivery costs: Within 2 km of our locations – 0 PLN | Warsaw – 25 PLN | Marki, Wołomin, Zielonka, Radzymin, Łomianki, Jabłonna, Legionowo, Nieporęt – 35 PLN | Sulejówek, Józefów, Konstancin, Piaseczno, Mysiadło, Janki, Piastów, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Izabelin – 50 PLN

🚚 What if the recipient is not available?

We contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time. With their consent, we can leave flowers with a neighbor, security, reception, etc. If delivery fails, the order returns to the shop and can be picked up in person or rescheduled (additional fee applies).

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards and other convenient online payment methods. We will soon also offer payments via Przelewy24.

🌸 Will the bouquet look like the photo?

Accepted Answer

We create each composition as faithfully as possible to the photo. Due to seasonality and natural flower variations, slight color differences may occur. In case of shortages, we contact the customer and suggest substitutes with similar character.

Yes, we include a free card with a dedication for every composition. We also offer greeting cards in the "Gifts and accessories" section.

Yes, we offer anonymous delivery – the recipient will not receive information about the sender.

🌿 How to care for a bouquet?

Change water daily, trim stem ends, remove leaves from water, avoid sun, heat and drafts, use the included plant food. With proper care, flowers stay fresh for at least 3 days.

Gently water the floral foam every few days with a small amount of cool water. Keep away from sun and heat sources.

We accept complaints by email at biuro@kwiatoteka.pl. Please include your order number and photos. We always strive to find a satisfactory solution.
